That's why we've introduced the TorqueTribe Collector Hold Program — a convenient way to reserve your collectibles immediately and dispatch multiple purchases together at a later date.
How It Works
- Add your desired collectibles to cart.
- Select TorqueTribe Collector Hold Program during checkout.
- We'll securely reserve and hold your order.
- Continue placing additional orders over the next few days and select the same option.
- When you're ready, contact us via WhatsApp or email and we'll arrange dispatch of your held orders together.
Hold Period
Orders can be held for up to 15 days from the date of your first held order.
This helps us manage inventory efficiently while ensuring fair access to all collectors.
Shipping Charges
No shipping charges are collected when selecting the Collector Hold Program.
When you request dispatch:
- Combined held orders valued at ₹1,599 or above qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.
- Combined held orders below ₹1,599 will incur applicable shipping charges based on the selected shipping method.
Important Information
- All items are reserved exclusively for you once your order is successfully placed.
- Multiple held orders may be dispatched together in a single shipment.
- Orders remain separate within our system but can be fulfilled under a common shipment when dispatched.
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be collected prior to dispatch.
- The hold period cannot be extended beyond 15 days without prior approval.
- TorqueTribe reserves the right to contact customers regarding long-pending held orders.
